Georgina is a Talent Researcher in the blockchain and Crypto space. Her meticulous attention to detail and the ability to find in-demand talent within Crypto is second to none. She works closely with both the founder and other consultants as a full-time talent researcher, creating talent pools for current and future needs. She specialises in Crypto Marketing, Crypto Software Development and Crypto Product Management.

Udara is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with over 10 years of in-house and agency recruitment. Having started her career in finance, she spent over 10 years hiring Tech and Non-tech staff worldwide. She is a qualified HR professional who has worked for international brands such as Unilever. She holds a BA in finance from the University of Singapore.

Dashika is a senior candidate researcher. Before joining us, she worked at Worldbank, where she was in charge of managing VIP delegations. She holds an MBA from the London School of Commerce (LSC) and an MBA from the University of Suffolk UK.

Kaushini is a candidate researcher who worked in recruitment for several years before she joined us. She holds a MA in Business Management from Canterbury University.
